Анотація
У статті проаналізовано творчу індивідуальність майбутнього
вчителя хореографії як аспект педагогічної майстерності під час
проходження педагогічної практики. Визначено поняття педагогічної
майстерності та виділено її основні компоненти. Означено специфіку
діяльності студентів-хореографів під час проходження навчальної,
виробничої та переддипломної практики. У подальшому планується
розробка програми формування творчої індивідуальності майбутнього
вчителя хореографії під час проходження педагогічної практики.
The creative individuality of the future teacher of choreography as an aspect of pedagogical mastery during the passage of pedagogical practice is analyzed in the article. The concept of creativity is known to be closely connected with art, including with pedagogical activity of artistic disciplines’ teacher. Along with the concept of «creativity» the concept of «creative individuality» is considered. The сreative individuality of the teacher choreographer can be called a totality of traits, makings, abilities and skills with which she/he creates something new, hitherto unknown, original approach to solving any problems. The creative individuality of the future teacher is developing in the higher pedagogical educational institution of artistic profile and directly in the process of choreographic activity. The pedagogical skills are defined and their main components are highlighted in the article. An important part of future dance teacher’s professional development is the practice in general and art educational institutions. The specific of the students-choreoraphers’ activity during the passage of educational, industrial and pre-diploma practice is determined. During the practice the students-choreographers can try their forces at conducting classes in choreography, leadershiping the collective, staging children’s dances, preparing children for taking part in the concerts and competitions, organizating the cultural events. Pedagogical practice of the students-choreographers is focused on the constant development of their creative indviduality, discovering their creative potential and forming the real creative teacher by means of practical activity during working with children. A teacher, especially a choreographer, is a wise mentor, an ideal in the sphere of dance for each pupil. The pedagogical mastery that develops in the process of creative professional ativity contributes to all these things. It is planned to develop a program of formation of creative individuality of the future teacher of choreography during the passage of pedagogical practice.
