    Innovative Marketing Tools for Startup Development in the Digital Age

    The article defined and characterized innovative marketing tools necessary for the successful implementation of startups in modern conditions. The marketing process for a startup was structured, which involved dividing it into several stages, depending on which certain digital marketing tools were used. It was proven that the development and implementation of measures for the formation and implementation of a startup marketing complex requires the development and implementation of an effective digital marketing model, which is due to modern trends. An analysis of the dynamics of Internet users in Ukraine in recent years, as well as an analysis of the dynamics of social network users, was carried out, which allowed us to substantiate the feasibility of promoting a startup in social networks, which are characterized by the greatest dynamics of user growth, and to identify key measures that will ensure the success of this kind of process. Given the importance of the process of forming a unique value proposition for the success of a startup, a step-by-step instruction for recommendations for its creation was proposed.

    The Transformation of EU Security Environment Due to Ukrainian Migration: a Scenario Approach Within the Foreign Economic Measurement

    The article is devoted to the current aspects of the transformation of the security environment of the European Union (EU) under the influence of Ukrainian migration in the foreign economic dimension. A research methodology was formed to implement the article's main idea in several stages. The first stage involved a review and analysis of migration processes resulting from the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The second stage involved establishing key drivers of migration processes, i.e. identifying those factors that have had the greatest impact on migration processes in Europe since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war. As a result of the analysis, a matrix model of drivers of migration caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war was developed. The third stage required establishing uncertainties, i.e. those factors that are unpredictable, but critically important for the formation of the security environment of the EU and Ukraine, as they have a significant impact on this process. A list of uncertainties and their main causes was formed, which made it possible to form the basis for the scenario method.

    Безпековий вектор податковрої політики у повоєнний період: шлях до економічного прориву

    Дослідження спрямоване на розробку безпекового вектору податкової політики у повоєнний період, на основі критичного та компаративного аналізу задля формування теоретико-при- кладних засад забезпечення економічного прориву у повоєнний період. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз підходів до оцінки впливу податкового навантаження на економічний розвиток та економічну безпеку держави. Зроблено теоретичні узагальнення, що стали теоретичним підґрунтям для подальшого аналізу. Проведено компаративний аналіз рейтингових показників України з показниками країн, які мають схожий рівень податкового навантаження, в результаті чого зроблено теоретичне узагальнення щодо тенденцій загального рівня податкового навантаження, тенденцій та впливом війни на ці процеси. Окреслено перелік чинників, що також мають безпосередній вплив на економічний розвиток та безпеку, на основі яких слід формувати безпековий вектор податкової політики задля забезпечення економічного прориву у повоєнний період.

    Продовольча безпеки України на фоні війни: оцінка стану та прогнозування тенденцій

    Стаття спрямована на оцінку стану продовольчої безпеки України та розроблення прогнозів тенденцій її розвитку. У дослідженні обґрунтовано використання методики оцінки продовольчої безпеки, що передбачає розрахунок чотирьох складових та інтегрального індексу продовольчої безпеки держави. В результаті використання запропонованої методики реалізовано оцінку стану продовольчої безпеки України. Отримані результати слугували для їх порівняння із аналогічними показниками країн світу та Європи. Здійснено прогнозування стану та тенденцій продовольчої безпеки Україна на період до 2027 року. Водночас, встановлено тенденції зміни продовольчої безпеки країн-агресорів за аналогічний період. В результаті проведеногодослідження встановлено стратегічні безпекові орієнтири розвитку держави в умовах війни.
