Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу впровадження форм і методів як спортивно-масової, так і фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи закладів загальної середньої освіти. У даній статті розкривається загальні поняття спортивно-масової фізкультурно-оздоровчої роботи та їх значення в підготовці майбутніх фахівців фізичної культури та спорту до фахової діяльності в сучасних реаліях роботи Нової української школи. Доведено, що одним із першочергових є завдань для закладів вищої освіти є підготовка майбутніх фахівців фізичної культури і спорту, у яких маю бути сформувані вміння організації спортивно-масових, фізкультурних та оздоровчих заходів, керування гуртками рекреаційно-оздоровчого характеру, ведення спортивних секцій та планування позакласної роботи.
Trends of globalization and technologicalization in society have led to a decrease in physical activity in contrast to mental, which requires more inertia of physical movements and focus on brain activity. Decrease in physical activity, and, consequently, deterioration of physical health of the person and society as a whole is confirmed by statistical estimations according to which, people who regularly go in for sports work by 3-8 % more effectively in contrast to those who lead a passive way of life. An urgent problem today is strengthening and preservation of health among students of general secondary education institutions, as the results of research confirm the gradual negative dynamics of students’ health. The leading role in the formation of students’ health is played by their daily physical activity. Today, due to certain quarantine restrictions on the prevention and spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19, students are forced to distance learning, which leads to a decrease in their daily physical activity. One of the priority tasks for higher education institutions is training of future specialists in physical culture and sports, which should include skills in organizing sports, physical culture and health activities, managing recreational and health clubs, conducting sports sections and planning extracurricular activities. The article is devoted to the analysis of the introduction of forms and methods of both sports-mass work and physical culture and health in the work of general secondary education institutions. This article reveals the general concepts of mass- sports and physical culture and health work and their importance in the preparation of future specialists in physical culture and sports for professional activities in the modern realities of the New Ukrainian School.
