Анотація
У статті висвітлюється сутність професійних і психолого-педагогічних вимог до особистості вчителя музики та диригента оркестру. Розглядається комплекс психолого-педагогічних якостей майбутнього вчителя музики та диригента оркестру, який складається з: особистісних музичних якостей (музичний слух, музична увага, музична пам’ять); елементів диригентської (мануальної) техніки; етики особистої поведінки, що складає комплекс зовнішньої та внутрішньої педагогічної техніки, від якої залежить ефективність та успіх педагогічної та виконавської роботи.
The article highlights the essence of professional and psycho-pedagogical requirements to the personality of the music teacher and orchestra conductor. The complex of psychological and pedagogical qualities of the future teacher of music and conductor of the orchestra is examined. It consists of: personal and musical qualities (musical listening, musical note, musical memory); elements of conducting (manual) techniques; personal conduct, which is a complex of external and internal pedagogical technology, on which depends the efficiency and success of the pedagogical and performance work. The realization of these qualities takes place with the application of external and internal pedagogical techniques. External pedagogical technique is a personal audio-visual, and other kinds of impact of the teacher on the audience. They include: appearance of the teacher, his/her gait, posture, gaze, movement, gestures, facial expressions, pantomime, qualities associated with speech, articulation, diction, intonation, orthoepy, vocabulary, etc. Internal pedagogical technology is a complex of mental and psychological qualities which determine the level and effectiveness of teacher’s professional competence in his practical musical and pedagogical activities – communication, perceptivity, dynamism, personality, emotional stability, optimistic forecasting, creativity.
