Визначено, що ця професійна готовність є багатогранним і комплексним поняттям, бо воно охоплює здатність фахівців ефективно взаємодіяти у глобальному інформаційному просторі, теоретичні знання і практичні навички, необхідні для аналізу та розробки стратегій комунікацій, вміння адаптуватися до змінних умов і викликів сучасного світу, навички міжкультурного спілкування, критичного мислення та лідерства. Для визначення структури професійної готовності майбутніх фахівців міжнародних відносин до роботи в системі стратегічних комунікацій застосовано системний підхід. За результатами дослідження виділено ключові елементи зазначеної професійної готовності, які за сутнісними характеристиками об’єднано у когнітивний, діяльнісний, професійно-особистісний та ціннісний компоненти. Для діагностики сформованості професійної готовності майбутніх фахівців міжнародних відносин до роботи в системі стратегічних комунікацій запропоновано критерії, показники та методи діагностики. Зокрема, когнітивний критерій передбачає з’ясування глибини теоретичних знань з міжнародних відносин та стратегічних комунікацій, розуміння принципів, методів і технологій стратегічних комунікацій, знання глобальних політичних та економічних процесів і їхнього впливу на комунікації. Діяльнісний критерій передбачає з’ясування сформованості практичних навичок розробки та реалізації комунікаційних стратегій, здатності до управління комунікаційними кампаніями в кризових ситуаціях, володіння сучасними інструментами та технологіями комунікацій. Професійно-особистісний критерії дозволяє з’ясувати рівень розвитку аналітичного мислення та креативності, здатність до ефективної комунікації та командної роботи, а також рівень розвитку лідерських якостей та здатності до самостійного прийняття рішень. Ціннісний критерій дозволяє з’ясувати рівень сформованості професійної етики та відповідальності, орієнтацію на морально-етичні принципи в комунікаційній діяльності, здатність до об'єктивного та неупередженого сприйняття інформації.The article presents the structure, criteria, and indicators of professional readiness of future international relations specialists to work in the strategic communications system. It is determined that the professional readiness of future international relations specialists to work in the system of strategic communications is multifaceted and complex, as it covers the ability of specialists to interact effectively in the global information environment, theoretical knowledge, and practical skills necessary for analyzing and developing communication strategies, the ability to adapt to the changing conditions and challenges of the modern world, skills of intercultural communication, critical thinking, and leadership. A systematic approach is used to determine the structure of future international relations specialists' professional readiness to work in the strategic communications system. According to the results of the study, the key elements of the professional readiness of future international relations specialists to work in the strategic communications system are grouped into cognitive, activity, professional-personal, and value components according to their essential characteristics. To diagnose the state of formation of the professional readiness of future specialists in international relations to work in the system of strategic communications, criteria, indicators, and diagnostic methods are proposed. In particular, the cognitive criterion involves clarifying the level of theoretical knowledge of international relations and strategic communications, understanding the principles, methods, and technologies of strategic communications, and knowledge of global political and economic processes and their impact on communications. The performance criterion involves determining the state of development of practical skills in designing and implementing communication strategies, the ability to manage communication campaigns in crises, and the mastery of modern communication tools and technologies. The professional and personal criteria allow us to determine the level of development of analytical thinking and creativity, the ability to communicate effectively and work in teams, the level of development of leadership skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.
