Сьогодні пріоритетом є підготовка конкурентоспроможних, творчих, висококваліфікованих спеціалістів, здатних ефективно діяти в умовах функціональної складності та динамічності. Така потреба відображена в низці державних нормативних документів, включаючи Закон України «Про вищу освіту», Постанову Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Національної рамки кваліфікацій», Національну стратегію розвитку освіти, а також Проєкт Концепції розвитку освіти України на 2015‐2025 роки. У зв’язку з цим особливої актуальності набуває створення умов для якісної підготовки фахівців‐електриків, готових до комплексного вирішення професійних завдань. Політехнічні коледжі відіграють ключову роль у відповіді на потреби суспільства у професійних кадрах,забезпечуючи економічне зростання країни.Метою статті є аналіз нових викликів перед системою професійної освіти України у контексті глобалізації та інформатизації суспільства, з акцентом на підготовку компетентних фахівців‐електриків, готових відповідати сучасним економічним та технологічним вимогамIn light of the globalization of international economic relations and the integration of Ukrainian industrial production into the global economy, as well as the development of the information society, new tasks arise for the domestic professional education system. Today's priority is the preparation of competitive, creative, highly qualified specialists capable of effectively operating in conditions of functional complexity and dynamism. Such a need is reflected in a series of state regulatory documents, including the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Sectoral Standards of Higher Education, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the National Qualifications Framework", the National Strategy for Education Development, and the Project Concept of Education Development in Ukraine for 2015‐ 2025. In this context, creating conditions for the quality training of electricians capable of comprehensively solving professional tasks gains exceptional relevance. Polytechnic colleges play a key role in responding to societal needs for professional staff, ensuring the country's economic growth. The aim of the article is to analyze the new challenges facing the Ukrainian professional education system in the context of globalization and the informatization of society, with an emphasis on preparing competent electricians ready to meet modern economic and technological requirements.
