Виокремлено політичний, структурний, символічний та людський виміру розгляду результатів реформ і, відповідно, недоліків їх реалізації.The article summarizes the results of the large research in the sphere of comparative education, which reveals trends in the reforms of secondary education in developed English-speaking countries in the 90's. XX - early XXI century.
