Вдовенко та ін.]. – 2025. – № 2 (17). – С. 147–151. – DOI: https://doi.org/10.32782/dees.17-24https://repository.sspu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/17368У статті представлено параметричну матрицю впливу на інтереси та очікування стейк- холдерів щодо управління девелоперськими проєктами, що включає в себе категорії стейк- холдерів, аналіз їх інтересів та оцінку факторів впливу; проаналізовано необхідність формування дієвого інструментарію заохочення стейкхолдерів до управління девелоперськими проєктами, що включає в себе введення бонусів за якість виконання проєкту, введення системи преміювання за дотримання строків реалізації проєкту на кожному з етапів, забезпечення фінансової підтримки соціальних програм місцевого рівня, введення додаткових виплат за досягнення екологічних стандартів при реалізації проєкту та інше. У матеріалах наукового дослідження проаналізовано сучасні етапи розробки стейкхолдерно-орієнтованого підходу до забезпечення реалізації девелоперського проєкту, а саме: формування інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення щодо взаємодії стейкхолдерів, виокремлення чинників, що впливають на реалізацію девелоперського проєкту, розробка інтегральної моделі оцінки стейкхолдерного показника реалізації девелоперського проєкту та інше.The article presents a parametric matrix of influence on the interests and expectations of stakeholders regarding the management of development projects, which includes stakeholder categories, analysis of their interests, and assessment of influence factors; the need to form an effective toolkit for encouraging stakeholders to manage development projects is analyzed, which includes the introduction of bonuses for the quality of project implementation, the introduction of a bonus system for meeting project deadlines at each stage, ensuring financial support for local social programs, the introduction of additional payments for achieving environmental standards during project implementation, and so on. The turbulence of the economic environment necessitates the reformatting of the theoretical and methodological foundations of a modern stakeholder- oriented approach to ensuring the management of development projects. The formation of flexible adaptation of development project management mechanisms, the implementation of which will allow real estate development to ensure its stability and positioning for a promising future, despite the existing economic pressure, reproduces the relevance of the issues of the specified scientific research. The materials of the scientific research analyze modern directions of developing a stakeholder-oriented approach to ensuring the implementation of a development project, namely: the formation of information and analytical support for stakeholder interaction, the identification of factors that influence the implementation of a development project, the development of an integrated model for assessing the stakeholder indicator of the implementation of a development project, and so on. The purpose of the scientific research is to substantiate the features of a modern stakeholder-oriented approach to ensuring the management of development projects, which will ensure the harmonization of all project participants, optimization of resources, minimization of risks, and increased competitiveness of the project as a whole. Existing scientific research lacks unified approaches to the development and implementation of a stakeholder-oriented approach to ensuring the management of development projects.
