Запропоновані організаційно-правові засади щодо механізмів державного регулювання процесами підприємницької діяльності задля покращення якості життя населення територіальної громади.The theoretical aspects of the mechanisms of regulation of the processes of entrepreneurial activity at the state level are investigated in the work. An analysis of the economic condition of the territorial community as a result of entrepreneurial activity was carried out. The system of regulation and administration of entrepreneurial activity in modern conditions is analyzed. Grounded directions for improving mechanisms of state regulation of business processes at the local level.
