Автор наголошує, що використання ефективних засобів і методів педагогічного стимулювання спонукають студентів до самостійно-пошукової та практичної музично-творчої діяльності. Результати дослідження довели, що реалізація всіх видів музично-виконавської діяльності вчителя музичного мистецтва повинна базуватися на синтезі виконавських і педагогічних якостей, розвиненому естетичному смаку та свідомому ставленню до музичного мистецтва.The article highlights the main directions of the formation of cognitive interest in future teachers of musical art in the process of musical instrumental training in the class of playing the bandura. Different aspects of the issue of a musical art teacher’s training indicate that in the process of instrumental training, students need to develop not only purely professional qualities, technical skills of playing the instrument, knowledge of the repertoire, but also encourage them to acquire versatile knowledge for carrying out various forms of musical-upbringing work. During training, in the opinion of many scientists, especially important is formation of a cognitive interest, which enhances acquisition of knowledge, skills, and gives cognitive activity a purposeful character. The purpose of the educational process of the higher education institution is formation of the highest stage of a cognitive interest – interest in cognition as a personality trait. In our study, we based on the fact that the center of cognitive interest could be such a cognitive task, which required active, search and creative activities from a student. During bandura classes, we used such nontraditional means and methods of pedagogical influence that encouraged students to learn actively. All the tasks that students received were related to their activities during teaching practice (conducting lessons in musical art, preparing lectures-talks on acquaintance with the history of bandura art development; selecting and studying musical works on a chosen topic; preparing and conducting thematic concerts, lectures, musical lectures, musical evenings and other musical-educational events).
