В рамках системно-ситуаційного підходу запропоновано розрізняти базові і часткові технології державного управління національною безпекою, а також в рамках системно-діяльнісного підходу запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «технологія державного реагування на загрози національній безпеці», визначено її соціальне призначення та структуру. Обґрунтовано, що вказана технологія слугує надійним інструментом у процесі вирішення завдань забезпечення національної безпеки.The purpose of the article is to consider social-philosophical aspects of the theoretical definition of the essence of the technology of the state response to threats to national security and the definition of its structure. System-situational and system-activity approaches, diagnostic and system-technological methods were used to solve the research tasks. The article provides a social-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of convergence of technologies in state-management practice of responding to threats to national security. It is proposed to distinguish between basic and partial technologies of state management of national security, as well as the author's definition of the concept "state response to threats to national security", its social purpose and structure are defined. The practical significance of the researeh is that the main theoretical positions and specific proposals contained in the article can be used to solve the scientific and practical tasks of social designing of security systems, in particular for improving the conceptual-categorical apparatus and the methodology of constructing state-response technologies for threats to the national security. It is substantiated that the technology of state response to threats to national security, which refers to the process of purposeful state-management influence on the substrate of threats using force and non-military means in accordance with the specificity and logic of the process of its transformation and transformation in order to reduce the level of threats to national interests, serves as reliable a tool in the process of solving the tasks of ensuring national security in the conditions of external invasion of social conflicts.
