Зосереджено увагу на рівні валового внутрішнього продукту, частці експорту продукції машинобудівного комплексу, динаміку імпорту й експорту комплектуючих та обладнання, а також необхідні обсяги інвестицій у галузь. Обґрунтовано, що зниження частки машинобудування у структурі промисловості підкреслює необхідність розробки цілеспрямованих державних заходів для підтримки галузі, яка є базовою складовою економічної безпеки. Досліджено, що сьогодні потрібно акцентувати увагу на виробництві унікального обладнання для специфічних галузей національної економіки, включаючи рибне господарства України. Вказане пов’язано з тим, що згідно з даними досліджень Продовольчої та сільськогосподарської організації ФАО ООН стрімке зменшення обсягів виробництва аквакультури пов’язані з наслідками воєнних дій в Україні. Розрахована загальна сума фінансової підтримки на наступні роки на обладнання для рибного господарства. Зроблено висновок, що у випадку, коли часткова компенсація витрат пошириться на обладнання для рибної галузі, виготовлене в Україні, це стимулюватиме попит на продукцію вітчизняного машинобудівного комплексу.The article examines the fundamental approaches to developing regulatory mechanisms and identifying pathways for implementing relevant state policies to provide the fisheries sector with unique equipment, within the framework of ensuring the economic security of the country’s machine-building complex. Attention is focused on the level of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the share of machinebuilding products in exports, the dynamics of imports and exports of components and equipment, and the volume of investments in the sector. It has been substantiated that the decline in the share of machine-building within the industrial structure highlights the need for targeted government measures to support the sector, which currently serves as a fundamental component of economic security. The study emphasizes the importance of focusing on the production of specialized equipment tailored for specific sectors of the national economy, including Ukraine's fisheries. This focus is particularly relevant given that, according to data from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, the sharp reduction in aquaculture production volumes is directly linked to the impacts of military actions in Ukraine. The total amount of financial support allocated over the next three years for fisheries equipment should amount to approximately 564,746.9 thousand UAH. Extending partial reimbursement for expenses on equipment manufactured in Ukraine for the fisheries sector is expected to stimulate demand for products of the machine-building complex. To improve the situation in the machine-building industry, it is essential to create favorable conditions for investment, stimulate innovation, and support the sector’s adaptation to modern technological and environmental standards. Proposed changes to the Law of Ukraine "On State Support of Agriculture of Ukraine" No. 1877-IV of June 24, 2004, could serve as a basis for enabling mechanisms of state support for aquaculture and for providing partial reimbursement for the acquisition of equipment used in fisheries and aquaculture production and processing. This legislative adjustment would lay the groundwork for advancing statesupported initiatives aimed at enhancing the sector’s capacity for sustainable growth. Extending partial reimbursement to include equipment for the fisheries sector produced in Ukraine is expected to stimulate demand for products from the machine-building complex.
