The purpose of the article is to state the main provisions of the optimal approach to the learning process, the essence of which is the use of such forms of organization, teaching methods and techniques, which, with minimal effort and time of the participants in the learning process, would achieve the maximum result in learning. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the use of such methods: theoretical analysis of literature, comparative studies, extrapolation and inductive-deductive method. The main results of the article are the identification and justification of innovative technologies, which, according to the results of modern research and theoretical interpretations in the field of teaching social and human sciences, are reduced to two main systems for organizing training: design training system; integrated learning system – “dialogue of cultures”. Materials of the article can be useful to teachers of history, social and human sciences in organizing training, creating work programs for training courses.Актуальність досліджуваної проблеми зумовлена ​​необхідністю використання позитивного історичного досвіду в теорії організації викладання соціальних та гуманітарних наук. Метою статті є викласти основні положення оптимальний підхід до навчального процесу, суть якого полягає у використанні таких форм організації, методів навчання та методики, які за мінімальних зусиль та часу учасників навчального процесу досягли б максимуму результат у навчанні. Провідним підходом до вивчення цієї проблеми є використання таких методів: теоретичний аналіз літератури, порівняльні дослідження, екстраполяція та індуктивно-дедуктивний метод. Основними результатами статті є ідентифікація і обґрунтування інноваційних технологій, які за результатами сучасних досліджень та теоретичних інтерпретацій у галузі викладання суспільних та гуманітарних наук, зводяться до двох основних систем організації навчання: дизайнерського навчання система; інтегрована система навчання - «діалог культур».
