Окрему увагу приділено аналізу ключових етапів мирного процесу, зокрема першим спробам врегулювання, підписанню та реалізації Белфастської угоди (1998 р.), а також сучасним викликам, таким як вплив Brexit на перебіг конфлікту.The article analyzes the historiography and source base of the study, reveals the historical factors of the “ulster problem”, including the historical and legal aspects of the conflict and the peculiarities of the formation of the system of state power in Northern Ireland.
