Окреслено проблематику неефективності традиційних методологій в умовах динамічних змін середовища функціонування громадського сектору. Розроблено інтегровану компонентну модель DIY4Change для оптимізації управлінських процесів у неурядових організаціях, що включає чотири взаємопов'язані складові: загальну, цифрову, освітню та ігрову компоненти. Формалізовано математичний апарат взаємодії компонент методу та типологізовано варіанти їх поєднання для ефективного застосування в різних управлінських ситуаціях. Обґрунтовано, що впровадження запропонованої моделі дозволяє підвищити якість прийняття стратегічних рішень, забезпечити системність та адаптивність управлінських процесів, оптимізувати ресурси неурядових організацій та зміцнити їх інституційну спроможність в умовах цифрової трансформаці суспільства.The article explores the potential of mathematical modeling in decision-making processes within non-governmental organizations (NGOs) amid the increasing complexity of their operating environment. The research addresses the critical inefficiency of traditional methodologies in the context of dynamic changes affecting the public sector. The time distribution analysis of management processes demonstrates significant disproportions, with up to 40% of time spent on technical procedures for information collection and processing, and another 30% on stakeholder position coordination, indicating the irrationality of existing decision-making mechanisms. The study aims to analyze the potential of mathematical modeling for management decision- making processes in NGOs and develop an integrated component model DIY4Change to enhance the effectiveness of civil sector activities in the digital transformation era. The research methodology combines systems analysis with component modeling approaches to formalize the interaction between different aspects of NGO strategic management. The author has developed a comprehensive mathematical model of the DIY4Change method, which includes four interconnected components: common (Cc), digital (Dc), educational (Ec), and game (Gc) components. The mathematical formalization of component interaction is presented through a system of equations that allows for optimizing decision-making processes and predicting the outcomes of strategic decisions. The research results demonstrate that implementing the DIY4Change model in NGO activities leads to a 40% reduction in information processing time, improved quality of analysis, and optimized resource allocation. The practical value of the research lies in providing NGOs with an effective tool for enhancing their institutional capacity in the digital transformation context. The formalized mathematical model can be applied to optimize strategic management processes in various types of non-governmental organizations, contributing to their sustainability and social impact.
