Визначено вектори інституційного розвитку публічного управління, які впливають на економічну безпеку країни та адаптацію бізнесу до сучасних викликів цифрової трансформації. Практична цінність в пропозиції комплексного підходу вдосконалення інституційного механізму публічного управління та визначені критерів ефективності щодо безпеки економіки країни і бізнесу через захист інформації .У висновку наголошено, що вдосконалення дієвого механізму публічного управління з використанням ШІ підвищить безпеку економіки країни та ефективність управління бізнес процесами через швидкість не тільки виявлення і знешкодження кібератак, а попередження кіберзагроз. Вектор подальших досліджень: застосування ШІ технології для задач пов’язаних із захистом цифрового активу, що сприятиме якісно новому рівню процесу управління в усіх сферах, де захищені дані моде- люються в мережі ,що сприяє розвитку цифрової мережевої економіки.The relevance of the topic is determined by the importance of AI technologies and public administration in the context of digital transformation for the security of the economy and business development through innovative approaches to information protection. The purpose of the study is the importance of artificial intelligence and institutional features of public administration in the context of digital transformation for the security of the country's economy and the efficiency of business process management. The rapid development of modern technologies and innovative tools, which are actively used to increase the efficiency of business process management, must be synchronized with the institutional mechanism of public administration to protect data confidentiality in the context of digitalization. The main vectors of the impact of the institutional development of public administration on the economic security of the country are determined. The criteria for the effectiveness of the institutional mechanism and business adaptation to changes in the context of digital transformation are summarized through constant monitoring and assessment of the use of modern innovative tools for the security of the country's economy. The practical value of the proposal is to improve the institutional mechanism of public administration for economic security and business process management through information protection. The conclusion emphasizes that a comprehensive approach will contribute to the improvement of an effective mechanism of public administration in the conditions of digital transformation, which is able to successfully withstand modern challenges and threats, which will become a key factor in business development due to the effectiveness of management and will contribute to the protection of the country's economic security. It has been established that the use of AI for information protection will allow successfully resisting modern threats associated with information leakage, which will increase the security of the economy and the efficiency of business process management due to the speed of not only detecting and neutralizing cyberattacks, but also preventing cyberthreats.
