Автор розкриває специфіку використання навчального тренінгу в курсі викладання предметів психолого-педагогічного циклу, аналізує головні питання методики його підготовки та проведення зі студентами педагогічного коледжу, акцентує увагу на ролі викладача в організації та проведенні тренінгів. У статті пропонується досвід використання навчальних тренінгів, які є моделями різноманітних життєвих ситуацій, ситуацій із шкільного життя, взаємодії на рівні «учитель-учень», «учитель-батьки», «учень-батьки».The author analyzes the problems of training technologies usage in the process of primary school teachers professional training at the level of higher educational training. Analyzing the importance of training usage in pedagogical college while teaching students the author deals with the analysis of modern school demands to the professional teacher’s personality that require high level of abilities to organize educational surrounding that would help in education, training and full inner development. The training is a planned program that consists of different exercises, the basic application of which is to enlarge the interest of the personality in the process of getting practical habits and skills to solve different tasks, find the ways out from different situations and overcome definite vital problems, etc. The author stresses on the fact that one of the basic principles of training education is its connection with the contents of professional activity and participants’ experience, orientation to constant knowledge innovation and appropriate competence forming. The peculiarity of training usage is the necessity of combining theoretical and practical students training, their analysis and self-analysis of abilities. The author finds the main tasks of teaching training that are orientated to the future teachers’ professional abilities and skills, to train the methods, systems, processes of the future professional activity. The author describes the specificity of the teaching training usage in the course of psychological and pedagogical teaching subjects, analyzes the main points of its preparation methods and conducting with the pedagogical college students.
