Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю модернізації управлінських підходів у системі освіти в умовах трансформаційних змін, впровадження компетентнісної парадигми, забезпечення індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії учнів та посилення міждисциплінарної взаємодії суб’єктів освітнього процесу. На основі аналізу наукових джерел уточнено сутність поняття «управління освітнім процесом на основі кейс-менеджменту», яке розглянуто як системну діяльність адміністрації закладу освіти, педагогічних працівників, фахівців психологічної служби та інших учасників освітнього середовища, спрямовану на координацію ресурсів, педагогічних впливів і соціальної підтримки з метою забезпечення індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії здобувача освіти. Визначено, що методологічною основою такого управління є системний, особистісно орієнтований, компетентнісний і діяльнісний підходи. Обґрунтовано комплекс організаційних та методичних умов ефективного впровадження кейсменеджменту в закладах загальної середньої освіти. До організаційних умов віднесено нормативно-регламентувальне забезпечення процесу, структурнофункціональну інтеграцію кейс-менеджменту в систему внутрішнього забезпечення якості освіти, кадрову підготовку педагогічних працівників, налагодження міжвідомчої взаємодії. Методичні умови передбачають розроблення алгоритму реалізації кейс-менеджменту, створення інструментарію діагностики та планування індивідуального освітнього маршруту, інформаційно-аналітичний супровід і моніторинг результативності. Доведено, що впровадження кейсменеджменту як управлінської технології сприяє підвищенню якості освітнього процесу, оптимізації використання ресурсів закладу освіти, розвитку партнерства між школою, сім’єю та соціальними інституціями, а також забезпечує перехід до проактивної моделі управління, орієнтованої на потреби та потенціал кожного учня. Зазначено, що організаційно-методичні умови управління освітнім процесом на основі кейс-менеджменту доцільно включати до змісту професійної підготовки майбутніх освітніх менеджерів у межах університетських освітніх програм для магістрів освітніх наук.Organizational and methodological conditions of educational process management based on case management in general secondary education institutions. The article provides theoretical justification and defines organizational and methodological conditions for managing the educational process based on case management in secondary education institutions. The relevance of the study is due to the need to modernize management approaches in the education system in the context of transformational changes, the introduction of a competency paradigm, ensuring an individual educational trajectory of students and strengthening interdisciplinary interaction between subjects of the educational process. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the essence of the concept of “management of the educational process based on case management” is clarified, which is considered as a systemic activity of the administration of the educational institution, teaching staff, psychological service specialists and other participants in the educational environment, aimed at coordinating resources, pedagogical influences and social support in order to ensure an individual educational trajectory of the student. It is determined that the methodological basis of such management is a systemic, personally oriented, competency and activity approach. A set of organizational and methodological conditions for the effective implementation of case management in secondary education institutions is substantiated. The organizational conditions include regulatory support for the process, structural and functional integration of case management into the system of internal quality assurance of education, personnel training of teaching staff, and establishment of interdepartmental interaction. The methodological conditions provide for the development of an algorithm for implementing case management, the creation of diagnostic tools and planning of an individual educational route, information and analytical support and monitoring of effectiveness. It is proven that the implementation of case management as a management technology contributes to improving the quality of the educational process, optimizing the use of resources of an educational institution, developing partnerships between school, family and social institutions, and also ensures the transition to a proactive management model focused on the needs and potential of each student.
