Зосереджено увагу на існуючих відмінностях між поняттями «виконавець», «виконання» та «інтерпретатор», «інтерпретація». Надано визначення поняття «виконавська культура студентів у процесі музично‐ інструментального навчання». Виокремлено структурні елементи, а також запропоновано критерії та показники означеного феномену.The article examines the existing contradiction between the needs of art faculty students in the manifestation of a high level of performing culture during the interpretation of musical works and its insufficient research in the theory and methodology of music education, which leads them to the spontaneous formation of the specified phenomenon. In accordance with the research goal, there is a need to consider the essence of the concept of "musical performance culture of instrumentalist students" and to develop a technology for its evaluation. The following theoretical methods were used in the article: analysis of scientific and methodical works on the specified topic; modeling the ideas of psychological research into the theory and methodology of musical‐instrumental training of students of arts faculties of higher education institutions; studying the experience of concert and stage activities of instrumental musicians; summarizing the work of leading teachers‐ musicians etc. The author's definition of the concept of "performing culture of students in the process of musical‐instrumental education" is given. It means a formed, rather than an innate, integrative‐dynamic formation, which reflects their ability to interpret musical works with the manifestation of a peak personal‐value artistic‐technical style complex. The results of this article are presented in the author's interpretation of this phenomenon and the identification of technologies for its evaluation.
