Встановлено характер взаємозв'язків двох основних тенденцій розвитку: тенденції до зміни фразеологічної семантики та тенденції до її стабільності.The ways and reasons of deaktualisation German language phraseological units are contemplated in the article. The nature of relationships of two main tendencies of development is established: the tendencies to change phraseological semantik under the extralinguistics and intralinguistics reasons and tendency to its repeatability.
