Г. Короленка, закладі, багатому на досвід роботи видатних педагогів минулого, – В. Щепотьєва, М. Семиволоса, Г. Ващенка, А. Каришина, І. Зязюна, О. Пащенка та ін. Проаналізовано зміст навчального курсу, його методологічні засади, місце в освітньо-науковій програмі підготовки здобувачів третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти спеціальності А1 Освітні науки. Розкрито потенціал дисципліни для формування дослідницьких, аналітичних та професійно-ціннісних компетентностей майбутніх науковців, а також представлено педагогічні підходи, які забезпечують інтеграцію історикопедагогічної спадщини у сучасний освітній процес.Development of Ukrainian Pedagogical Tradition in the Educational Process of Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University: experience of teaching the course "Personalities in the Historical and Pedagogical Discourse". The article presents the comprehensive experience of implementing the educational discipline "Personalities in the Historical and Pedagogical Discourse," which is an integral component of the educational and scientific program for the training of students at the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education (Specialty A1 "Educational Sciences") at Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University. The educational institution has historically formed a powerful pedagogical tradition, represented by the activities of such outstanding figures as V. Shchepotiev, M. Semyvolos, H. Vashchenko, A. Karyshyn, I. Ziazun, O. Pashchenko, and others, whose legacy serves as the cross-cutting foundation of the course. The conceptual, substantive, and methodological principles of the discipline are analyzed, which aims not only at studying biographical facts but also at the critical analysis of historical and pedagogical ideas and their prognostic significance. The key potential of the course for forming the research, analytical, and professional-value competencies of future scholars is revealed, specifically the ability for comparativehistorical synthesis and the well-reasoned application of retrospective experience for the effective solution of current problems in contemporary pedagogical theory and practice. Special attention is paid to integrative and dialogical methodological approaches (the case method, heuristic conversation, and group discussion), which ensure the organic assimilation by students of the principles of humane, nationally-oriented, and personality-developing pedagogy at the level required for the high-quality execution of doctoral dissertation research.ukПолтавський національний педагогічний університет імені В.
