Визначено умови, які дозволяють уявити реальну структуру професійно-педагогічної культури фахівця, основний зміст якої відбивається у світоглядній, організаційній і комунікативній підструктурах. Результати факторного аналізу засвідчили, що в структурі професійної ефективності фахівців провідне місце займають фактори, що обумовлюють розвиток здатностей до комунікацій та професійної взаємодії на основі володіння методами соціально-орієнтованого впливу на процеси і об’єкти професійно-педагогічної діяльності.Pedagogical conditions and factors, which determine professional-pedagogical culture development of physical training and sport specialists, are revealed in the article. We have defined conditions, which allow us to present the real structure of specialist professional-pedagogical culture, the main content of which is reflected in the world-view, organisational and communicative sub-structures.
