Воєнні дії, порушення логістичних ланцюгів, зростання витрат і обмежений доступ до ресурсів суттєво ускладнили умови господарювання та підвищили рівень ризиків. У статті визначено ключові чинники, що впливають на результативність бізнес-процесів, та обґрунтовано доцільність переходу до інтегрованої ризик-орієнтованої системи управління з посиленням аналітично-контролінгового забезпечення. Доведено, що впровадження цифрових інструментів і підвищення гнучкості управлінських механізмів сприяють оптимізації витрат, стабілізації фінансових потоків і зміцненню конкурентних позицій великотоварних сільськогосподарських підприємств. Своєчасна адаптація управлінських рішень дозволяє мінімізувати втрати виробничого потенціалу та створює передумови для післявоєнного відновлення й розвитку аграрного сектору.The article examines the theoretical and methodological as well as applied foundations of business process management of large-scale agricultural enterprises under martial law. The relevance of the topic is determined by profound systemic transformations in the external environment of the agricultural sector, manifested in the disruption of logistics chains, rising production and transaction costs, limited access to material, technical and financial resources, shortages of working capital, intensified risks, and increased uncertainty in managerial decision-making. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical and methodological provisions and to develop adaptive mechanisms for managing business processes aimed at enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of large-scale agricultural enterprises under crisis conditions. The methodological framework is based on systemic and process-oriented approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and comparison, structural and functional analysis, as well as elements of risk-oriented and strategic modeling, which made it possible to comprehensively assess the impact of key factors on enterprise performance. The results of the study substantiate the feasibility of forming a multi-level adaptive management model that integrates strategic, tactical, operational, and analytical-controlling levels within a unified risk-oriented system. The key role of analytical and controlling support in coordinating resource and information flows, evaluating performance, and managing risks has been determined. It has been proven that the implementation of digital technologies and modern information platforms enhances transparency of managerial procedures, optimizes costs, and stabilizes financial flows.
