Якщо природна виразна складова диригентських рухів та постави здатна виражати образну сутність твору, то сконструйовані (соціально-зумовлені) диригентські схеми полегшують утримання під контролем темпоритмічної сторони виконання. Усвідомлення та використання такого зв’язку дозволить студентам глибше зрозуміти специфіку мануальної техніки та її важливість для процесу керування виконавським колективом. Обґрунтовується важливість впровадження інформаційних технологій у навчально-виховний процес.The article discusses the nature of conductor’s gesture as a phenomenon of non-verbal communication. The relevance of the study lies in the need for further development of the methods of teaching choral conducting at the higher educational establishments of Ukraine. Scientific substantiation of the task of conducting could contribute to improving the quality of training. The aim of the study – a scientific substantiation of the necessary qualities of the conductor’s apparatus developing through examination of psychological research on the expressiveness of the conductor’s movements, which are necessary for the disclosure of the artistic image of a musical work. It is stressed that it is appropriate to consider the conductor’s gestures as an element of the general system of expressive gestures, which was developed in the process of historical development of mankind. Among the researchers of non-verbal communication should be called T. Eremin, A. Pisa, H. Shchekina. Expressive and meaningful language of gestures is always clear to the choir. It immediately causes an immediate emotional response. The language of gestures, gaze, facial expressions is based on the life associations and that is why is so natural. The article substantiates the necessity of studying by the conductorsbeginners of the psychological research on the analysis of the expressive role of gestures as non-verbal elements of communication. Thus, the conductor’s gesture has two dialectically related components – natural and socially acquired. The ability of the conductor’s gesture to express a variety of emotional tones comes from natural human gesticulation. The conductor must not forget about naturalness of their gestures, which will allow achieving the looseness and expressiveness.
