Проведений аналіз стандарту викладача професійної освіти його виробничі функції, типові завдання діяльності та вміння, якими повинен володіти випускник. Проаналізувати особливості професійної підготовки фахівців сфери обслуговування. Провести аналіз можливостей професійної підготовки. Запропонувати професійні ситуації на заняттях у навчальному процесі вищої школи. Навчальний процес закладах вищої освіти базується на стандартизації освіти. якість освіти - це відповідність певній нормі, стандарту. Стандартизація в освіті складається із двох аспектів: дидактична задача. Її формулювання здійснюється шляхом розкриття трьох елементів педагогічної системи: студенти, мета навчання (освіти), структури змісту навчання (освіти) ; мета навчання (освіти)- одержати якісного фахівця. Якість визначає корисність, цінність об'єктів, їх здатність задовольнити певні потреби або реалізувати певні цілі, норми, тобто виражає адекватність вимогам, потребам, нормам. Отже, категорія «якість освіти» переглядається, змінюється залежно під умов, вимог суспільства та часу.The article examines the problems of modernizing the quality of education in training future specialists in the field of hospitality.
