У сучасній і болючій ситуації, сповненій викликів і загроз, і водночас перед величезними перспективами розвитку, відбулися карколомні зміни в політичній, економічній і соціальній сферах. Соціальний прогрес є пріоритетом. Гарантія національного суверенітету і територіальної цілісності та прагнення інтеграції до Європи та євроатлантичної спільноти. Підхід полягає у визначенні різносторонньої системи, що уможливить визначення майбутнього нашої держави. Дитяча література є першоосновою виховного впливу на формування емоційної культури молодших школярів, оскільки художні твори не залишають їх байдужими. Твори дитячої літератури сприяють виникненню в учнів саме емоційного ставлення до персонажів, до пережитих ними подій.The purpose of writing the article is to highlight the influence of artistic works on the formation of the emotional culture of younger schoolchildren in the conditions of war. Today, our state and its citizens are becoming direct participants in events that are extremely important for the further determination of their fate and the future world order. In the modern and painful situation, full of challenges and threats, and at the same time facing huge prospects for development, drastic changes have taken place in the political, economic and social spheres, social progress is a priority. The guarantee of national sovereignty and territorial integrity and the desire for integration into Europe and the Atlantic community. The approach consists in defining a new multi‐ vector system that largely determines the future development of the Ukrainian state. Children's literature is a unique phenomenon in all world literature, with the help of which loyal patriots of their country, their worldview, aesthetic views and ideals are formed. That is why the most important task of modern education is the development of the emotional potential and spiritual enrichment of the younger generation in the conditions of the new Ukrainian school. Children's literature is the primary basis of educational influence on the formation of the emotional culture of younger schoolchildren, as artistic works do not leave them indifferent.
