Акцентовано увагу на комунікативний компонент діяльності професійної діяльності та професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з документознавства. Окреслено мотиваційно-афективний, комунікативно-інформаційний, комунікативно-когнітивний, поведінково-інтерактивний компоненти комунікативної компетентності майбутніх документознавців. Формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх документознавців в умовах університетської освіти представлено як багатовимірний поетапний процес якісних змін особистості, що відбувається шляхом використання інтерактивних технологій навчання (комунікативні тренінги, тренінг вербальної публічної комунікації, рольові і ділові ігри, вправи на розвиток навичок групової взаємодії у спілкуванні) на засадах праксеологічного підходу.The article describes some aspects of forming the communicative competence of a future document managers by means of innovative technologies on the basis of the praxeological approach. Based on the analysis of reference sources, the essence of the concepts “document”, “document manager”, “document management” is outlined. The emphasis is placed on the communicative component of the professional activity and the training of future specialists in document science. The notion of “communicative competence” as competence in communication is outlined on the basis of generalization of linguistic, philosophical, sociological, psychological research. The communicative competence of future document managers is presented as an integral personal qualitative characteristic that combines value systems, communicative knowledge, abilities, and skills that provide an effective dialogue interaction in a certain range of professional situations based on the free possession of verbal and non-verbal means of document communication in accordance with the moral and ethical norms.
