У нових умовах та країна отримає переваги в результаті технологічних і цифрових інновацій, в якій розвиваються, взаємодіють, удосконалюються і зростають усі складові економіки. Саме тому сучасний етап розвитку в період воєнного стану для України, пов’язаний з безальтернативністю пошуку та переходу на нову модель економічного розвитку, в основу якої покладено використання інтелектуального і творчого потенціалу людської особистості. Для того, щоб країна посіла не останнє місце у глобальній цифровій економіці, особлива увага має приділятися ІТ-галузі та її можливостям.The article examines the current state of Ukraine's economic development, which is characterized by the significant impact of digitalization, and defines the main factors and grounds for the development of the digital economy, as well as the readiness of our state for the introduction and use of digital technologies. In the new conditions, the country will receive advantages as a result of technological and digital innovations, in which all components of the economy develop, interact, improve and grow. That is why the current stage of development in the period of martial law for Ukraine is connected with the lack of alternative search and transition to a new model of economic development, which is based on the use of the intellectual and creative potential of the human personality. In order for the country to occupy not the last place in the global digital economy, special attention should be paid to the IT industry and its opportunities. There is a need to use digital data as a resource that will provide an opportunity to significantly increase productivity, the value of goods and services, and build a digital society. Increasingly, society intensively and productively uses digital technologies for its own needs, as well as for the achievement and implementation of common economic, social and public goals. However, there are many problems in Ukraine that prevent the development of digital trends and the transformation of the Ukrainian economy into a digital one. An important feature of today is the rapid increase in digital divides, which create the danger of further falling behind developing countries. And this primarily concerns Ukraine. For any country, the production sector and maintaining its own technological level is a strategically important national task for the development of the economy, the service sector and ensuring the growth of incomes and national well-being.
