Авторами доведено, що стійкість бізнесу полягає у здатності протистояти дестабілізуючим ризикам. Запропоновано авторське трактування економічної стійкості та розроблено механізм управління сталим розвитком підприємства з комплексною оцінкою ресурсного потенціалу. Розкрито методику оцінки на прикладі умовних будівельних підприємств. Стійкий розвиток можна відобразити як антикризовий, безперервний, стабільний процес, який спрямований на підвищення економічної ефективності підприємства з одночасним підвищенням рівня відповідальності. Обґрунтовано роль контролінгу як ефективного механізму саморегулювання малого та середнього бізнесу, що забезпечує стійкий антикризовий розвиток.The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical and methodological principles of managing the sustainable development of a construction enterprise based on the development of a methodology for assessing and analyzing the efficiency of resource potential use. The authors show that business sustainability means, in essence, resilience to risk factors that destabilize its production and economic activities, and on this basis the author's interpretation of the economic sustainability of enterprises is proposed. The article then analyzes the main functional elements of economic sustainability. Based on the presented material, a mechanism for managing the sustainable development of an enterprise is proposed based on the proposed methodology for assessing and analyzing the efficiency of resource potential use, which is a generalizing characteristic of an enterprise obtained as a result of studying a set of indicators containing data on the results of its production and economic activities. The article gradually reveals the methodology and testing on the example of economic indicators of a number of conditional business structures of the construction industry. The article substantiates that the concept of sustainable development of the business structure involves a number of consecutive stages and gives an idea of controlling as a comprehensive concept and an effective mechanism for self-regulation of small and medium-sized businesses, which provides feedback in the systemic management circuit. Sustainable development can be reflected as an anti-crisis, continuous, stable process, which is aimed at increasing the economic efficiency of the enterprise while simultaneously increasing the level of responsibility. Based on this material, trends and patterns have been identified that dictate the need to apply controlling in business practice.
