Та на порядку денному вже тривалий час стоїть і до сих пір не вирішена проблема використання їх компетентностей не тільки у підготовці фахівців, але й до практичної допомоги у розвитку сфери фізичної культури і спорту в регіонах.Мета дослідження ‐ фіксація та відстеження за сукупністю показників оцінок експертів щодо залучення науковців Запорізького національного університету до вдосконалення розвитку сфери фізичної культури і спорту в умовах окремої області України.Матеріал і методи дослідження ‐ експертне опитування за допомогою анкетування. Для створення представницької експертної групи було опитано 28 кандидатів і докторів наук факультету фізичного виховання ЗНУ. Для обробки отриманої емпіричної інформації, зібраної в процесі опитування,застосовувалась спеціалізована програма SPSS for Windows 22.0.Результати. Дослідження засвідчило, більшість науково‐педагогічних працівників факультету фізичного виховання Запорізького національного університету (60,7%) не залучались до розвитку фізичної культури і спорту навіть безкоштовно у рамках НДР відповідної кафедри вишу у своєму регіоні.78,6% фахівців, не залучались у рамках НДР відповідної кафедри за ініціативи фізкультурно‐спортивних організацій і за рахунок фінансування їхньої професійної діяльності від цих організацій. Більшість науковців (67,9%) не були залучені поза НДР кафедри за ініціативи будь‐яких фізкультурно‐спортивних організацій Запорізької області навіть без оплати їхньої праці («на громадських началах»). А 71,4% не були залучені поза рамками НДР кафедри за ініціативи фізкультурно‐спортивних організацій області за їхні кошти.Висновки. Науково‐педагогічні працівники (усі 100%) підтримують ідею впровадження наукових розробок, напрацьованих фахівцями, оскільки така дія підвищить якість розвитку сфери фізичної культури і спорту урегіоні.In Ukraine, sufficient attention is paid to the training of scientists. However, the problem of using their competencies not only in the training of specialists, but also for practical assistance in the development of the field of physical culture and sports in the regions has been on the agenda for a long time and has not yet been resolved. The purpose of the research is to record and track a set of indicators of experts' assessments regarding the involvement of Zaporizhia National University (ZNU) scientists in improving the development of the field of physical culture and sports in the conditions of a separate region of Ukraine Research material and methods ‐ expert survey using a questionnaire. To create a representative expert group, 28 candidates and doctors of sciences of the Faculty of Physical Education of ZNU were interviewed. The specialized program SPSS for Windows 22.0 was used to process the received empirical information collected during the survey. The results. The study proved that the majority of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Faculty of Physical Education of Zaporizhzhya National University (60.7%) were not involved in the development of physical culture and sports even for free within the framework of the NDR of the corresponding department of higher education in their region. 78.6% of specialists were not involved in the SRW of the corresponding department at the initiative of physical culture and sports organizations and at the expense of financing their professional activities from these organizations. The majority of scientists (67.9%) were not involved outside the SRW of the department at the initiative of any physical culture and sports organizations of the Zaporizhia region, even without payment for their work («on a public basis»). 71.4% were not involved outside the framework of the department's SRW at the initiative of physical culture and sports organizations of the region at their expense. Conclusions.
