У магістерській роботі розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні аспекти розробки стратегії підприємства; проведено комплексний аналіз фінансових результатів діяльності ТОВ «Фінансовий системний інтегральний сервіс» та її фінансового стану; проведено обґрунтування та розробку фінансової стратегії підприємства з використанням матриці фінансових стратегій.The object of research is the financial results of the activity of Financial System Integral Service LLC. The subject of research is the mechanism of developing the financial strategy of the enterprise. The purpose of the master's work is to develop the financial strategy of the enterprise on the basis of a comprehensive study of the financial results of its activities.
