Він потребує оновлення підготовки майбутнього вчителя до профорієнтаційної роботи з учнями закладу загальної середньої освіти. Метою статті є визначення теоретичних основ такої підготовки, її змісту і форм. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз науково-педагогічних джерел, усні опитування вчителів, синтез, узагальнення. Наукова новизна статті в комплексі наукових підходів до підготовки в воєнний час, в змісті і формах підготовки майбутніх вчителів. Практична значущість полягає в можливості здійснювати профорієнтацію учнів в воєнний стан відповідно до нових умов. Перспективами є визначення змісту підготовки вчителів до профорієнтації в особливий період і надзвичайний стан.The article is devoted to the actual problem of the theory of professional pedagogy in a state of war. Martial law is new for the Ukrainian theory of professional pedagogy. All teachers were prepared for it to work in general secondary education institutions in peacetime. The martial law requires updating the training of the future teacher, in particular, for career guidance work with students of the general secondary education institution. New theoretical foundations of such are needed training as a complex of scientific approaches of different levels, new content and forms of training of the future teacher on this basis. The purpose of the article is to determine the theoretical foundations of such training, its content and forms. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical sources, oral interviews of teachers, synthesis, generalization. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the complex of scientific approaches to such training in wartime, in defining the problems and needs of teachers in carrying out such work in wartime, in the content and forms of training of future teachers. The practical significance of the article lies in the development of tools for surveying teachers regarding needs and problems carry out career guidance with students in martial law in accordance with new conditions, new modern forms of such work with students in a general secondary education institution.
