Фізична терапія осіб похилого віку з хворобою Паркінсона

Abstract

У роботі проаналізовано сучасні погляди на етіологію, патогенез, клінічні прояви, диференціальну діагностику та критерії діагнозу хвороби Паркінсона. Викладено основні принципи лікування та фізичної терапії осіб похилого віку з хворобою Паркінсона. Обґрунтовано, описано та розкрито алгоритм побудови та апробування програми фізичної терапії для осіб похилого віку з хворобою Паркінсона з урахуванням стадії захворювання.

Modern views on the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and criteria for the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease are analyzed in the study. The basic principles of treatment and physical therapy of elderly people with Parkinson’s disease are described. The algorithm of construction and testing of the program of physical therapy for elderly people with Parkinson’s disease taking into account the stage of the disease is substantiated, described and revealed.
