Сучасна модель вищої професійної фізкультурної освіти: акме-культурологічний вимір

Abstract

The study analyses the formation of modern models of higher education and defines a set of provisions that form the basis of the main directions of modernization of higher professional physical education in the context of the ideas of the acme-culturological paradigm. It is shown that the combination of acmeological and culturological paradigms in a single acme-culturological (integrative) approach and its implementation in professional training of future specialists of physical education and sports involves the following conceptual transformation of the main structural component of higher physical education: at the level of educational purposes – to form professional-pedagogical culture of future specialists; at the content level – to strengthen acmeology and culturological component; at the level of pedagogical technologies – to focus on active mastering of acme-culturological norms and values by future specialists; at the level of the educational environment – to create acme-culturologically saturated – learning environment; at the organizational-managerial level – to form the organizational culture of institutions of higher education; at the productive level – to shape the personality of future specialist of physical education and sports as a subject of culture.

Дослідження аналізує формування сучасних моделей вищої освіти та визначає сукупність положення, що складають основу основних напрямків модернізації вищої професійної фізичне виховання в контексті ідей акме-культурологічної парадигми. Показано, що поєднання акмеологічних та культурологічних парадигм в єдиній акме-культурологічній (інтегративний) підхід та його впровадження у професійну підготовку майбутніх фахівців Російської Федерації фізичне виховання і спорт передбачає наступне концептуальне перетворення основного структурний компонент вищої фізичної культури: на рівні навчальних цілей - формувати професійно-педагогічна культура майбутніх фахівців; на рівні змісту - посилити акмеологію та культурологічний компонент; на рівні педагогічних технологій - орієнтуватися на активну засвоєння майбутніми фахівцями акмекультурологічних норм та цінностей; на рівні освітнє середовище - створити акме-культурологічно насичене - навчальне середовище; біля організаційно-управлінський рівень - формувати організаційні культурні установи вищого рівня освіта; на виробничому рівні - формувати особистість майбутнього фахівця з фізичної освіта та спорт як предмет культури.
