Аналіз діючого програмно-методичного забезпечення ДЮСШ у системі освіти

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема програмного забезпечення навчально-тренувального процесу юних спортсменів, які підпорядковані позашкільним навчальним закладам Міністерства освіти і науки України. Одним із важливих завдань роботи ДЮСШ, СДЮШОР та ШВСМ є підготовка висококваліфікованих спортсменів. Сучасний рівень спортивних досягнень вимагає чіткого планування й організації навчально-тренувального процесу та цілеспрямованої багаторічної підготовки спортсменів, особливо це стосується дитячо-юнацького спорту, який є основою майбутніх досягнень представників України на змаганнях найвищого рівня.

The article considers the problem of program support training process of young sportsmen, which are subordinated to the extracurricular educational establishments of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine. One of the important tasks of the CYSS, SCYSOR and SHSM is preparation of highly skilled sportsmen. Modern level of sport achievements requires precise planning and organization of training process and targeted long-term preparation of sportsmen, especially it concerns children and youth sports, which is the basis for future achievements of the representatives of Ukraine at the competitions of the highest level. The article is referred to the importance of the analysis of contemporary trends and technologies in the development of the system of children and youth sports relevant to today’s requirements. The effectiveness of the work of sports schools largely depends on adequate provision of the educational process of young sportsmen program-methodological documents, the determining value of which have training programs. In accordance to this the following tasks were defined: to analyze the provision of the educational programs, which are the basis for teaching and training work of children and youth sports schools in the system of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine; identify sports and CYSS, the methodological support of which is obsolete and do not meet modern requirements. The conducted analysis of normative-legal documents in the sphere of physical culture and sports has shown that state policy is significantly directed at the development of youth sport; that the existing training programs on kinds of sports which are cultivated by CYSS, SCYSOR and SHSM of the system of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine require urgent review and revised in the light of modern requirements; training and methodological programs in sports for youth, sports school, SVSM need further consideration and improvement in the light of modern requirements, supervision and support from the relevant federations of Ukraine.
