Культурологічна складова підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи в освітньому середовищі країн західної Європи

Abstract

У даній статті розглядаються основні культурологічні аспекти професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи в освітньому середовищі Великої Британії, Німеччини, Франції. Метою дослідження є аналіз західноєвропейського досвіду теоретичного й практичного характеру щодо змісту культурологічної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи. У процесі виконання означеного завдання використовувалися методи теоретичного дослідження, а саме: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення, індукція, дедукція, аналогія. У статті сформульований висновок: культурологічна компетентність майбутнього вчителя початкової школи є характеристикою особистості, готової до роботи у глобалізованому середовищі, у якому різноманіття культур стає серйозною проблемою і перешкодою для тих, хто не готовий до співпраці з урахуванням культурних і етнічних особливостей.

This article deals with the main cultural aspects of future primary school teachers training in the educational environment of Great Britain, Germany and France. The aim of the study is to analyze Western European experience of theoretical and practical aspects of cultural competence of future primary school teachers. In the process of performing this task, research methods were used, namely: analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, deduction, analogy. The article focuses on the fact that culturological training of primary school teachers in the countries of Western Europe, which is considered as a complex and multidimensional phenomenon (a set of knowledge, beliefs, relationships, skills, activities of the student, etc.), which, based on the foundation of culture and science, provides: the possibility of self-identification of students as representatives of national culture, inclusion in the dialogue with other cultures in the domestic educational space, participation in modern European and world civilizations. On the basis of the analysis of scientific sources, the author has formulated a conclusion, which contains the following positions: adoption of the idea of the “European dimension in education” as one of the conceptual provisions of the reform of secondary and higher education systems in European countries has led to the strengthening of the cultural component in the content of the professional training of future teachers in general and primary school in particular; cultural competence is a characteristic of the individual, ready to work in a globalized environment, in which there are a lot of problems in the field of culture and science. Thus, formation of this phenomenon among primary school teachers in Great Britain, Germany, France is conditioned by the traditions of professional training of teachers, the originality of national systems of secondary and higher education, the trends of reform at the present stage.
