Анотація
У статті з’ясовано особливості формування готовності майбутніх учителів інформатики до професійної діяльності. Уточнено сутність понять «готовність», «готовність до професійної діяльності». Обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх учителів інформатики до професійної діяльності. Доведено, що готовність до професійної діяльності є особистісним утворенням студента, що містить особистісні якості, знання, уміння й навички для реалізації професійних завдань. Формування готовності майбутніх учителів інформатики до професійної діяльності визначено як процес, основу якого становить методика формування знань, умінь, навичок для вирішення професійних завдань і формування особистісних якостей майбутніх фахівців.
The article deals with the peculiarities of forming future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity. The essence of the concepts of “readiness”, “readiness for professional activity” is clarified. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for forming future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity are substantiated. It is proved that readiness for professional activity is a personal entity of the student, containing personal qualities, knowledge and skills for realization of professional tasks. Forming future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity is defined as a process, the basis of which is methodology of formation of knowledge and skills for solving professional problems and formation of personal qualities of future specialists. The combination of theoretical and methodological level of research with solution of problems of applied nature has led to the choice of a complex of methods of the study. General scientific methods: theoretical – analysis and generalization of psychological pedagogical and educational-methodological literature, scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the problem of forming future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity in order to study the state and substantiate the theoretical foundations of research; logical-systematic, comparative analysis, classification, analogy, induction, deduction, generalization of scientific-theoretical and practical data – for identification and scientific substantiation of pedagogical conditions of forming future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity; modeling – to build a structural and functional model of forming future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity; comparison of data – to find out the cause and effect relationships; empirical (observations, questionnaires, surveys, interviews, self-assessments, tests and techniques, etc.) – to test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions. The conducted research does not claim to cover all the aspects of the problem of formation of future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity. Further studies are seen in the development of a structural and functional model of forming future computer science teachers’ readiness for professional activity.
