Алгоритм управління діяльністю федерацій з реформування системи підготовки спортсменів

Abstract

Мета дослідження – науково обґрунтувати та розробити алгоритм програми «Розвиток виду спорту федерацією України» для використання в реформі системи підготовки спортсменів. Методи дослідження: узагальнення літератури, матеріалів з Інтернету, змісту попередніх власних розробок, а також абстрагування, ідеалізація, аналіз і синтез, індукція та дедукція. У статті подано розроблений алгоритм програми «Розвиток виду спорту федерацією України». Представлена в якості зразку для використання Програма розвитку виду спорту є основним документом, що визначає стратегію, терміни, методи й засоби реалізації заходів, які забезпечують вирішення завдань розвитку виду спорту як цілісної системи.

Objective: to scientifically substantiate and develop an algorithm for the program “Development of a sport by the Federation of Ukraine” for use in the reform of the athletes’ training system. Research methods: a synthesis of literature, materials from the Internet, the content of previous proprietary developments, as well as abstraction, idealization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The article presents the developed algorithm of the program “Development of a sport by the Federation of Ukraine”. Presented as a model for use, the Sport Development Program is the main document that defines strategy, timing, methods and means of implementing measures to solve the problems of development of sports, including training of athletes of the national teams of Ukraine in sports for the XXIV Winter Olympic Games 2022 in Beijing (China) and the XIII Paralympic Games of 2022, as well as the XXXIII Summer Olympics of 2024 in Paris (France) and the XVI Paralympic Games of 2024. According to the proposed approach, the growth of the indicators shown in the conclusions will testify to the effectiveness of measures of creating socio-economic conditions for improving health by attracting a young generation of citizens to regular sports and a healthy lifestyle, strengthening sports facilities, increasing efficiency of training a sports reserve and national teams of Ukraine in a sport, increasing the competitiveness of domestic athletes in the international arena.
