| Abstract: | У статті подається теоретичне обґрунтування основ діагностичного підходу до управління навчальним закладом. Визначаються основні завдання діагностування й умови ефективної діяльності закладу освіти. Значна увага приділяється визначенню основних компонентів, за допомогою яких здійснюється управління навчальним закладом. In the article is given theoretical bases of diagnostic approach to the management by educational establishment. The basic tasks of diagnosticating and condition of effective activity of establishment of education concerne. Considerable attention is spared to determination of basic components which the management by educational establishment is carried out by. |
