| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються питання застосування принципових засад теорії і технології адаптивного управління щодо організації науково-методичної роботи з педагогічними кадрами в загальноосвітньому навчальному закладі. Пропонується адаптивна модель управління науково-методичною роботою педагогів. The main focus is on the theoretical principles and techniques of the adaptive management of the scientific methodological work with teachers of secondary schools. The adaptive model of the management of scientific methodological work of teachers is proposed. |
