| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються організаційно-педагогічні умови мотиваційної підготовки вчителя в післядипломній освіті; запропонована теоретична модель конструювання мотиваційно-цільового компонента технології підготовки вчителя до проектувальної діяльності. This article is devoted to pedagogical conditions of teachers training in post-graduate education; the author suggests a theoretical model of construction of motivational component in the technology of teachers training to some prospective activity. |
