Анотація
Стаття присвячена вивченню особливостей професійної підготовки магістрів в Австрії. Мета статті полягає в аналізі особливостей професійної підготовки магістрів спеціальності «Рух і спорт» в Австрії. Визначено, що ключова мета вищої педагогічної освіти в галузі спорту і фізичної культури в Австрії полягає в підготовці висококваліфікованих фахівців для всіх ланок системи спортивно-фізкультурної освіти. Програма професійної підготовки магістрів зі спеціальності «Рух і спорт» австрійських закладів вищої освіти охоплює три приблизно однакові за обсягом складові – загально-професійну, спеціальну (предметну і предметно-дидактичну) та науково-дослідницьку підготовку.
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of professional training of masters in Austria. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the peculiarities of professional training of masters of the specialty “Movement and Sport” in Austria. It is determined that the key goal of higher pedagogical education in the field of sports and physical education in Austria is to train highly skilled professionals for all sections of the sports and physical education system. The program of professional training of masters in the specialty “Movement and Sport” of the Austrian higher education institutions covers three main components: general, special (subject and subject-didactic) and research training. They provide the graduate’s comprehensive readiness for the professional activity of a highly qualified specialist in physical education, covering physical education, sports training, sports and recreational activities, research activities. They form their ability to provide high-quality pedagogical support to the entire diversity of sports-development and physical education programs in various educational establishments. The study made it possible to establish a number of typical features and characteristics of professional training of teaching staff in physical education and sport in the system of higher education in Austria. The most important among them are multi-level professional education of specialists in physical education, which is manifested in its structural organization according to the scheme “baccalaureate – magistracy” in accordance with world standards of higher education; development of the personality of the future teacher in the field of physical education, updating the personal potential of students, satisfaction of their individual requests and needs; orientation of the educational process towards formation and development of future specialists’ ability to practically act and apply creatively the acquired knowledge and experience in a variety of situations.
