Педагогічні умови проектування здоров'язбережувальної діяльності в закладах вищої педагогічної освіти

Abstract

Зміст статті полягає в дослідженні проблеми проектування здоров'язбережувальної діяльності в закладах вищої педагогічної освіти. Виділено основні положення, що дозволяють створити проекти, спрямовані на досягнення поставлених цілей. Проектування здоров'язбережувальної діяльності визначено як провідний вид професійно-педагогічної діяльності. Висвітлено педагогічні умови ефективної реалізації здоров'язбережувального проекту. Зроблено висновки про те, що здоров'язбережувальний потенціал Сумського державного педагогічного університету імені А. С. Макаренка має низький рівень, тому постає необхідність проектування здоров'язбережувальної діяльності, що буде ефективним шляхом реалізації визначених у дослідженні педагогічних умов.

The article reveals the problem of designing health-saving activities in the institutions of higher pedagogical education due to the danger of lowering the health of students as a result of overload and hypodynamia. The research was conducted on the basis of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko. Research methods are used: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific-methodological literature, pedagogical observations, questionnaires, testing of indicators of physical development. The main provisions that allow creating projects aimed at achieving the set goals are determined, namely: social continuity of the project, compliance of the project with requirements of the modern educational process, orientation of the project value orientations, constructive integrity, and implementation. Designing of health-saving activity is defined as the leading type of professional activity consisting in the study, foresight, forecasting and evaluation of the results of implementation of didactic, educational, developmental plans for strengthening and maintaining the health of participants of the educational process by creating special intellectual means of transforming ideas through projects of new health preservation technologies, methods, systems of activity of a pedagogical education institution. The pedagogical conditions of effective realization of a health-saving project are highlighted: integration of the educational and health process into a single functional complex; organization of motor regimen and physical culture and health work; organization of work on the formation of the value of health and healthy lifestyle; organization of monitoring of the process and results of the project implementation; increase of professional- pedagogical competence of teachers in the field of theory and methods of health, health saving educational process. It is concluded that health-saving potential of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko is low, therefore, it is necessary to design such health-saving activity, which will be effective by implementing the pedagogical conditions determined in the study.
