Сучасний стан формування індивідуального стилю професійної діяльності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури у процесі педагогічної практики

Abstract

У даній статті розглядаються проблема професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури. Увага акцентуються на сучасному стані формування індивідуального стиля професійної діяльності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури в закладах вищої освіти безпосередньо у процесі педагогічної практики. Розкрито можливості педагогічної практики як складової професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури у формуванні індивідуального стиля професійної діяльності. Доведено важливість наскрізної організації системи фахових практик у професійному становлення майбутніх учителів фізичної культури як творчих фахівців у галузі фізичної культури і спорту.

At the present stage of civilization formation of the Ukrainian state, characterized by numerous socio-economic and socio-cultural transformations, the problem of implementation of creative potential of man in different spheres of life is actualized, attention is paid to substantiation of the mechanisms and algorithms of formation and further development of the individual style of professional activity as a leading factor of successful adaptation of the individual in different situations of self-realization. The aim of the article is to characterize the current state of formation of the individual style of professional activity of future physical culture teachers in the process of pedagogical practice. The methods of research: theoretical: logical analysis of regulatory and legislative framework, scientific research in the field of philosophy, pedagogy, psychology, sociology and related subdisciplines - to determine the state of development of the problem in the scientific literature; theoretical analysis, synthesis, abstraction in order to determine the key concepts of research; theoretical analysis, comparison and generalization of conceptual views on the problem under investigation in order to determine problem-thematic areas of the research. Research results. The necessity of formation of an individual style of professional activity at the stage of educational training of future physical culture teachers has been confirmed. The possibilities of pedagogical practice as a component of professional training of future physical culture teachers in the formation of an individual style of professional activity are revealed. The importance of cross-cutting organization of the system of professional practices in the professional formation of future physical culture teachers as creative specialists in the field of physical culture and sports is proved. Conclusions. Future physical culture teachers as creative individuals are able to produce an individual style of professional activity in the practice process based on activating a complex of personal qualities.
