Current State oProblems of Preparation and Regulation of Activity of Tour-Guides on the Example of Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine

Abstract

This article deals with modern problems of training, retraining and regulation of professional activities of tour guides in three countries of Eastern Europe, such as Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine. Some centers and organizations of the three countries that are engaged in professional training and advanced training of tour guides are examined in detail. The curricula and programs of educational courses for the training and retraining of these specialists are also analyzed, as well as the re-quirements of legislation in the field of tourism that regulate the work of tour guides in Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine.

У даній статті розглядаються сучасні проблеми підготовки, перепідготовки та регулювання професійної діяльності гідів-екскурсоводів в трьох країнах Східної Європи, таких як Латвія, Білорусь та Україна. Детально розглянуті деякі центри та організації трьох країн, які займаються професійною підготовкою і підвищенням кваліфікації гідів-екскурсоводів. Так само проаналізовані навчальні плани і програми освітніх курсів з підготовки та перепідготовки вказаних фахівців, а також розглядаються вимоги законодавства в сфері туризму, які регулюють роботу гідів-екскурсоводів в Латвії, Білорусі та Україні.
