Моделювання процесу формування працеохоронної компетентності майбутніх інженерів галузі знань «Електроніка та телекомунікації» у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

У статті представлено та схарактеризовано модель формування працеохоронної компетентності майбутніх інженерів галузі знань «Електроніка та телекомунікації»; визначено принципи й підходи до здійснення зазначеного процесу; схарактеризовано педагогічні умови, форми та методи формування працеохоронної компетентності; окреслено рівні її сформованості.

The article presents and characterizes the model of formation of labour protection competence of the future engineers in the branch of study “Electronics and Telecommunications”. The complex of interrelated theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, matching of different views of the problem of research, generalization) and empirical (pedagogical observation) methods has been used. Labour protection competence of a future engineer has been emphasized as an integral person’s quality that defines his or her ability to preserve personal life as well as staff members’ lives during independent professional activity and is demonstrated in the ability to navigate in difficult professional situations, skills to analyze potential hazards at stages of design, manufacture and operation of equipment, taking system management decisions to eliminate hazards. Modeling the formation of labour protection competence of the future engineers in the branch of study “Electronics and Telecommunications” provides for a harmonious combination of individual qualities, professional knowledge, abilities and skills and their expression in the process of student’s personality development and his or her professional training. It consists of conceptual-purposeful, content-procedural and evaluation-efficient blocks that are interrelated and mutually sound. The article describes in detail each block and all its components, in particular: there have been characterized pedagogical conditions, technologies, forms and methods of formation of labour protection competence, its stages; principles and approaches have been defined, the levels of formation have been outlined. It has been accentuated that the result of the targeted influence reflected in the model should be the formation of labour protection competence of a student – a future engineer of the branch of study “Electronics and Telecommunications” during professional training. The process of diagnosing the level of formation of labour protection competence of the future engineers in the branch of study “Electronics and Telecommunications” requires further research.
