Діагностика готовності майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва до керівництва дитячим інструментальним ансамблем

Abstract

У статті висвітлено проблематику формування готовності майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва до керівництва дитячим інструментальним ансамблем, яке на сучасному етапі відбувається розрізнено, не системно – у ході вивчення дисциплін різних циклів підготовки. Останнє актуалізує необхідність розроблення методики, заснованої на систематизованому формуванні готовності, яка складається з комплексу здатностей, якостей і компетентностей. У ході дослідження, присвяченого розробці такої методики, проведено констатувальний експеримент, перебіг якого, а також обґрунтування критеріального апарату діагностування представлені в даній статті.

The article actualizes the problems of forming readiness of the future musical art teachers for leading the children’s instrumental ensemble. It has been clarified that for today formation of such readiness occurs in a disconnected, not systemic way – in the course of studying the disciplines of various training cycles. Meanwhile, children’s musical ensembles are becoming an increasingly popular form of artistic-creative education for children, both in Ukraine and in China. This tendency is conditioned by the awareness of the developing and educational potential of this form of children’s creativity, which contributes to familiarizing with art, development of thinking by historical-cultural categories in the process of acquaintance with the ensemble’s diverse repertoire, development of communicative qualities, skills of self-organization, etc. Realization of the above mentioned potential becomes possible under condition of sufficient level of qualification of the director. The latter actualizes the need to develop a methodology based on a systematized formation of the future musical art teachers’ readiness for leading the children’s instrumental ensemble. The article shows that such readiness is a component of professional competence of the future musical art teachers and is formed as a complex of abilities, qualities and competences. In the course of the study, devoted to the development of this technique, a verifying experiment was conducted. Diagnostics was carried out on the basis of the following criteria: motivational-personal, musical-professional, organizational- communicative and creative-activity. As a result of a comprehensive analysis of the diagnostics results, three levels of the future musical art teachers’ readiness formation for leading the children’s instrumental ensemble were identified: high level – “intentional”, medium level – “potential”, low level – “indifferent”.
