Тенденції розвитку дошкільної освіти в Харківській області

Abstract

Проведений аналіз основних статистичних показників, які характеризують тенденції розвитку дошкільної освіти на Харківщині за період з 2000 по 2016 роки свідчить про певний розбіжний і відносно нерівномірний розвиток цієї підсистеми системи освіти даного регіону. З одного боку, зазначена вище підсистема демонструє певну позитивну динаміку розвитку, зокрема, у Харківській області в останні роки поступово збільшується кількість дошкільних навчальних закладів, зростає відсоток дітей, охоплених дошкільною освітою. Але, в той же час, у дошкільній освіті області не подолані такі тенденції, як низький показник охоплення дітей дошкільною освітою у сільській місцевості, існує нестача місць у дошкільних навчальних закладах, особливо у міських поселеннях, доступність дошкільної освіти для різних соціальних груп населення області тощо.

The analysis of the main statistical indicators characterizing the tendencies of the development of pre-school education in the Kharkiv region for the period from 2000 to 2016 indicates a certain divergent and relatively uneven development of this subsystem of the education system in the region. On the one hand, the aforementioned subsystem demonstrates some positive dynamics of development, in particular, in the Kharkiv region in recent years the number of pre-school educational establishments has been gradually increasing, and the percentage of children enrolled in pre-school education has increased. However, at the same time, pre-school education in the region has not overcome such tendencies as the low rate of coverage of children by pre-school education in rural areas, there is a shortage of places in pre-school educational institutions, especially in urban settlements, accessibility of preschool education for various social groups of the population of the region, etc.
