Abstract:	В статті йдеться про християнизацію Руси-України з точки зору міждержавних стосунків. Аналізуються мотивація київських князів до введення нової релігії, дипломатичні зусилля задля зміни релігійної політики. Показується значимість християнізації Русі для підвищення міжнародного статусу держави. The article deals with the Christianization of Rus’-Ukraine in terms of interstate relations. The motivation of the Kyiv princes to the introduction of a new religion and diplomatic efforts to change religious policy are analyzed in the manuscript. The significance of Christianization of Rus ’ for increasing the international status of the state is shown by the author.
