Анотація
У статті актуалізовано проблему формування економічної культури майбутніх учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей у контексті гуманістичної парадигми професійної освіти відповідно до соціокультурних перетворень суспільства. Визначено дієвість застосування педагогічних технологій в освітньому процесі, серед яких відповідно до гуманістичних засад освіти найактуальнішою визначено акмеологічні технології. Уточнено сутність акмеологічних технологій, розглянуто їх різновиди й теоретично обґрунтовано доцільність застосування у формуванні економічної культури майбутніх учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей. Представлено педагогічні умови і техніки, що відповідають акмеологічним технологіям.
The article actualizes the problem of formation of the economic culture of the future teachers of humanitarian specialties in the context of the humanist paradigm of professional education, in particular, in questions of culture of consumption, oriented on values, protection of human resources, and development of professional potential of each person. These positions are taken into account in the context of the historically conditioned relationship between economics and culture, which modern science dismisses as a resource of sociocultural adaptation of the person, its professional development. In this connection, the importance of acmeological technologies that are considered in the study as a unity of methodological, organizational, technical and instrumental resources, with the help of which is realized the opportunity to design professional activity and development of the necessary qualities, formation of competencies that will be relevant for further career growth and development of professional skills. Pedagogical conditions of the use of acmeological technologies in formation of the economic culture of the future teachers of humanitarian specialties are determined: stimulation of the value attitude to the economic-informational content line of professional disciplines and its humanistic potential; creation of constructive-organizational multidisciplinary content and its introduction into the bank for self-study; simulation of virtual situation-design cultural-economic environments with different corporate characteristics. Within the framework of the presented conditions, the groups of techniques and acme-trainings are introduced: acme-communicative, modeling, instrumental; professional growth; competentence; technique of beliefs and value preferences; figurative- virtual career trainings (autorespondence), interactive, game, person-projective, tectological.
